Reporting a rights concern
Outstanding Desk AI respects copyright, privacy, publicity, and likeness rights. If you believe content processed or made available through the service violates your rights, submit a support ticket or email support@outstandingdeskai.com with the subject "Rights Complaint". For urgent risk of physical harm or sexual exploitation, clearly mark the request "URGENT SAFETY".
What to include
Provide:
- your full name and reliable contact information;
- identification of the copyrighted work, person, or legal right concerned;
- the URL, task identifier, account information, screenshot, or other detail reasonably sufficient to locate the material;
- a concise explanation of why the use is unauthorized or unlawful;
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive identity documents. We may request narrowly tailored verification through a secure channel.
Our response
We may request more information, temporarily restrict access, preserve relevant records, notify the affected user, remove content, or restore content after a valid counter-notice or resolution. We may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate. We consider privacy and likeness complaints even when copyright law does not apply.
Counter-notices and false claims
If your content was restricted by mistake, submit a ticket or email support@outstandingdeskai.com with the subject "Counter Notice", identify the affected material and explain your authorization or legal basis. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a complaint or counter-notice may create legal liability.
United States DMCA notices
The U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act has specific notice, counter-notice, and designated-agent requirements. Before claiming statutory safe-harbor status, the Outstanding Desk AI operator must publicly list and register its current designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. Until that operational step is completed, this page is a content-complaint process and must not be presented as proof of DMCA registration.
